i could have told you that! i went to see pilate and we were all so excited and they put me to sleep!
today's practice was so dumb. it frustrates me because i think my fitness IS getting better but my stupid shins prevent me from doing things b/c they hurt so much... i wanted to curl up and die... then after a while it goes away. so it only happens during weight bearing activites. then all the rooks that are in kine had to leave early and after we did shit-all iin the last 30 min. i know it's hard to do stuff w/ only 4 people so then why couldn't we just leave early? waste of my time. next time i'm going to leave and do hte bike for 30 or something more useful.
